Set up your Microsoft Outlook to control incoming messages

You can do this with any word program. Look through the Rules wizard to learn different ways to control your incoming email.
1. Click Inbox 
2. Click on a message
3. On the Tools menu, click Rules Wizard.
4. In the Apply changes to this folder list, click the Inbox you want.
5. In the Apply rules in the following order box, select NEW
6. Select Start creating a rule from a template
7. Select “Move messages based on content”
8. In the Rule Description box select the Specific Words link

9. In the Specify words or phrases box type SPAM or any other objectionable word.  All messages with the word SPAM will be moved to the Deleted folder from now on.

10. Click the Add button/Click OK
11. Then in the Rule description box select the Specified folder
12. Click on the + to expand the folder list
13. Select Deleted Items (Or you could make a SPAM folder)
14. Click OK
15. Click Next
16. Select with specific words in the subject or body
17. Select move to a specified folder
18. Select Next-2x
19. Select “Run this rule”
